Its official! Middle Ground is delighted to announce Julian Whike, one of our co-founders, as our full time CEO. Julian has had an extensive career as a senior leader advising organizations and governments on how to strategize their future.

Julian joined as a co-founder near Middle Ground's inception, with a vision of a safe, responsible AI workspace that could help teams build major projects faster, engage better and more efficiently while empowering them to spend more time talking to people and less time typing. He has always had a passion for product development and has become committed to the values of effective First Nations, public and stakeholder consultation and engagement.

Julian's skills and passion are evident every day, charting the path, leading the team, raising the money and keeping us on track.
